Advanced Systems, Inc. provided full design-build services for our 30,000 SF facility in Marietta, GA. This project included full demolition of the interior and the removal and replacement of several exterior walls. The electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems were all completely rebuilt. This project also included the building of a 2nd-floor mezzanine, multiple offices, a showroom, and a dedicated IT room with a separate HVAC system of its own.
